Certificaciones del Perú S.A accepts to comply with the following policies through its Conformity Assessment Bodies:

QUALITY

- Providing inspection, testing and certification services in a confidence and impartial way with no discrimination satisfying at maximum the requirements and expectations of clients in connection with professional good practices and quality service.

Complying with the requirements of accreditation standards in which GP ISO/IEC 65, NTP-ISO/IEC 17020, NTP-ISO/IEC 17021, NTP-ISO/IEC 17025 systems are based:, as well as the methods, specifications and national and international technical standards related to all services, promoting the continuous improvement of the efficiency from management system.

Promoting the participation of all the staff involved in rendering services, through an appropriate diffusion of qualified documents and implementation of policies and system procedures are applied to its activities.

Developing an integral training program, based in a documented training system, according to the performed function by the staff that allows strengthening and improvement of personal and group technical competences; promoting the commitment with the development of its activities and its contribution to achieve the objectives and goals of the company.

CONFIDENCIALITY

- Maintain the confidentiality and not reveal information obtained or generated during inspection activities, testing and certification to third parties, in all the levels of organization, including the committees and people who act in their name. Except for cases in which competent authority requires it, that will be advised to the client.

IMPARCIALITY

- Avoiding to be involved in any activity that diminishes the confidence in its technical competence, impartiality, judgment or operational integrity.

APPLICATION REVISION, OFFERS AND CONTRACTS

- Assuring that requirements of the client have been fully understood to set out operative and technical capacity for its development, before the beginning of its service.

COMPLAINTS

- Attending and solving client complaints in short, even if they are or not right; besides, implement appropriate actions as soon as possible.

NON CONFORMITY TASK

- Identifying and recording all non conformity tasks in order to evaluate its importance and impact on activities, so that it allows authorized people taking action opportunely.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

- Taking corrective actions provided that a non conformity task is identified or any deviation from policies or procedures of the system is detected during operations or through internal and external audits.

REVISION BY THE MANAGEMENT

- The Management carrying out the Revision at least once a year, in order to promote the participation of all the technical responsible for the Conformity Assessment Body in order to become this Body into a tool of real contribution for the Continuous Improvement of the Integral Management System.

CONSERVATION AND ACCESS TO REGISTRATIONS

- Keeping the registrations related to all the conformity assessment activities in order to assure always the preservation of confidentiality and restrict the access themselves, only to authorized personnel.

PURCHASE (NTP-ISO/IEC 17020, NTP-ISO/IEC 17025)

- Evaluating and selecting all the suppliers who provide goods or services which affect the quality of our results.

USE OF TRADEMARK CERTIFICATION (GP-ISO/IEC 65, NTP-ISO/IEC 17021)

- Granting conformity trademarks to certified clients always subject to comply with regulations that govern its use.

SUSPENCTION, WITHDRAWAL OR REDUCTION OF THE SCOPE CERTIFICATION (GP-ISO/IEC 65, NTP-ISO/IEC 17021)

- Takingthe decision to suspend, withdrawal or reduce the scope of a granted certification as long as the systematic failure of all or some certification requirements have been proven; or else at the request of the own client, designing for this purpose an impartial and efficient mechanism that guarantees taking decisions opportunely.
Quality purposes will be established for each Conformity Assessment Body within the policy of quality framework and defined in the Political Origin and Objectives from Integral System of Management.
